BORA-CARE®
BORA-CARE®is a low toxicity wood preservative that has a low environmental impact. It protects wood and whole structures from most wood destroying organisms including subterranean termites, drywood termites, wood destroying beetles, carpenter ants, and decay fungi.
BORA-CARE® is applied to the wooden framing of a home during the construction phase. It is sprayed on the baseplate, with a dye mixture, up the wooden stud walls to approximately 24 inches above the slab.
Nisus Corporation, the maker of BORA-CARE®, offers a limited warranty on their product. Homeowners need to have their home inspected annually, by our licensed staff, in order to maintain this warranty for it’s duration. This can be added to our quarterly Pest Control treatments for you convenience.
